Delete your Bhakti Darbar account

You can delete your Bhakti Darbar account at any time, in the app or by writing to us. Deleting it erases everything that says who you are.

In the app

• Open Bhakti Darbar.
• Go to Settings › Account › Privacy.
• Tap Delete account, and confirm.

Without the app

Write to hello@bhaktidarbar.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address on your account or with the phone number it uses. We may ask you to confirm that it's you. We'll delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your name, phone number, email and birth details: everything that says who you are.
• Your sign-in, so the account can't be used again.

What's kept

• Your past activity and orders stay in our records, filed under a random ID that no longer points to anyone. Nothing in them says who you are.
• What Google Analytics holds under that ID is deleted after 14 months.
