Questions, a date that looks wrong, or a verse that reads wrong: write to hello@bhaktidarbar.com. We read every message.
A date or time looks wrong
Tell us the festival or tithi, the date, and the city chosen in the app (it shows under the sun's arch on Today). Times are worked out for that city; if you pick New Delhi but live in Chennai, sunrise and Rahu Kaal will be Delhi's.
A verse reads wrong
Tell us the text's name and the verse number (the number in the diamond beside it), and what the right reading is. Many texts are sung in more than one version; we'll say which one the app follows.
Reminders don't arrive
- Check that notifications for Bhakti Darbar are on in your phone's settings, and that reminders are on in the app (the bell on Today).
- Some phones stop apps in the background to save battery. On Samsung: Settings, Apps, Bhakti Darbar, Battery, then Unrestricted.
Your data
The app collects nothing about you, so there is nothing for us to delete. What it remembers (your language, your city, reminders) stays on your phone, and uninstalling removes it. The Privacy Policy has the details.
