1. ഓം ഏകദന്തായ വിദ്മഹേ വക്രതുണ്ഡായ ധീമഹി।
   തന്നോ ദന്തിഃ പ്രചോദയാത്॥

   Om ekadantaya vidmahe vakratundaya dhimahi, tanno dantih prachodayat.

   Om. We know the one-tusked Lord and meditate on him of the curved trunk; may that tusked god inspire our minds.
