1. ഓം ഭൂര്ഭുവഃ സ്വഃ।
   തത്സവിതുര്വരേണ്യം ഭര്ഗോ ദേവസ്യ ധീമഹി।
   ധിയോ യോ നഃ പ്രചോദയാത്॥

   Om bhur bhuvah svah, tat savitur varenyam, bhargo devasya dhimahi, dhiyo yo nah prachodayat.

   We meditate on the radiant light of the divine Savitr; may it inspire our minds.
