1. ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಭ್ಯಃ ಪರಿಪಾಲಯನ್ತಾಂ ನ್ಯಾಯೇನ ಮಾರ್ಗೇಣ ಮಹೀಂ ಮಹೀಶಾಃ।
   ಗೋಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣೇಭ್ಯಃ ಶುಭಮಸ್ತು ನಿತ್ಯಂ ಲೋಕಾಃ ಸಮಸ್ತಾಃ ಸುಖಿನೋ ಭವನ್ತು॥

   Svasti prajabhyah paripalayantam nyayena margena mahim mahishah, gobrahmanebhyah shubhamastu nityam lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu.

   May all be well with the people; may rulers protect the earth along the path of justice; may good always come to cows and brahmins; may all the worlds be happy.
