As if thinking, “I am devoted to protecting the cows (dhenu); how can I kill Dhenuka today?”, you surely let your elder brother kill that warrior who fought the hosts of gods.

“Dhenuka is dead, dead!” People came, ate the sweet fruits, and praised you, all-pervading Lord, with “Victory! Long life!” Lord of Guruvayur, protect me from illness.
