श्यामाधन कि सबाइ पाय

1. শ্যামাধন কি সবাই পায়, অবোধ মন বোঝে না একি দায়।
   শিবেরই অসাধ্য সাধন, মন মজানো রাঙা পায়॥

   Shyamadhon ki shobai pay, obodh mon bojhe na eki day. Shiberi oshaddho shadhon, mon mojano ranga pay.

   Does everyone get the treasure that is Shyama? My foolish mind does not see how hard this is. Even for Shiva it is a hard-won practice, to reach those rosy feet that enchant the mind.

   क्या श्यामा-धन सबको मिलता है? नासमझ मन यह नहीं समझता कि यह कितना कठिन है। मन मोह लेने वाले उन लाल चरणों को पाना शिव के लिए भी कठिन साधना है।

2. ইন্দ্রাদি সম্পদ সুখ, তুচ্ছ হয় যে ভাবে মায়।
   সদানন্দ সুখে ভাসে, শ্যামা যদি ফিরে চায়॥

   Indradi shompod sukh, tuchchho hoy je bhabe May. Shodanondo sukhe bhashe, Shyama jodi phire chay.

   The wealth and pleasures of Indra and the gods seem worthless to one who meditates on the Mother. If Shyama only turns to look at you, you float in endless joy.

   जो माँ का ध्यान करता है, उसे इंद्र आदि का वैभव और सुख तुच्छ लगता है। अगर श्यामा एक बार मुड़कर देख ले, तो वह सदा आनंद में तैरता है।

3. যোগীন্দ্র মুনীন্দ্র ইন্দ্র, যে চরণ ধ্যানে না পায়।
   নির্গুণ কমলাকান্ত, তবু সে চরণ চায়॥

   Jogindro munindro Indro, je chorono dhyane na pay. Nirgun Komolakanto, tobu she chorono chay.

   The feet that the greatest yogis, sages and even Indra cannot reach in meditation, worthless Kamalakanta still longs for them.

   जिन चरणों को बड़े-बड़े योगी, मुनि और इंद्र भी ध्यान में नहीं पाते, गुणहीन कमलाकांत फिर भी उन्हीं चरणों को चाहता है।
