1. ముద్దుగారే యశోద ముంగిటి ముత్యము వీడు, తిద్దరాని మహిమల దేవకీసుతుడు

   Muddugare Yasoda mungiti mutyamu veedu, tiddarani mahimala Devakisutudu

   This darling is the pearl of Yashoda’s courtyard, Devaki’s son, whose glories no one can measure.

   यह प्यारा बालक यशोदा के आँगन का मोती है, देवकी का पुत्र, जिसकी महिमा कोई नाप नहीं सकता।

2. అంతనింత గొల్లెతల అరచేతి మాణిక్యము, పంతమాడే కంసుని పాలి వజ్రము, కాంతుల మూడులోకాల గరుడపచ్చ బూస, చెంతల మాలోనున్న చిన్నికృష్ణుడు

   Antaninta golletala aracheti manikyamu, pantamade Kamsuni pali vajramu, kantula mudulokala garudapachcha pusa, chentala malonunna chinnikrishnudu

   He is the ruby in the palms of the cowherd women everywhere; the diamond that struck down Kamsa, who challenged him; the emerald that lights up the three worlds; little Krishna, right here among us.

   वह इधर-उधर की ग्वालिनों की हथेली का माणिक्य है; ज़िद करने वाले कंस के लिए वज्र (हीरा); तीनों लोकों को रोशन करने वाला पन्ना; हमारे बीच यहीं रहने वाला नन्हा कृष्ण।

3. రతికేళి రుక్మిణికి రంగుమోవి పగడము, మితి గోవర్ధనపు గోమేధికము, సతమై శంఖచక్రాల సందుల వైడూర్యము, గతియై మమ్ము గాచేటి కమలాక్షుడు

   Ratikeli Rukminiki rangumovi pagadamu, miti Govardhanapu gomedhikamu, satamai sankhachakrala sandula vaiduryamu, gatiyai mammu gacheti kamalakshudu

   He is the coral of Rukmini’s lips in love’s play; the hessonite gem of Govardhana hill; the cat’s-eye gleaming between the conch and discus; the lotus-eyed one, our refuge, who protects us.

   वह प्रेम-क्रीड़ा में रुक्मिणी के होंठों का मूँगा है; गोवर्धन पर्वत का गोमेद; शंख और चक्र के बीच सदा चमकता वैदूर्य; हमारा सहारा बनकर रक्षा करने वाला कमलनयन।

4. కాళింగుని తలలపై గప్పిన పుష్యరాగము, యేలేటి శ్రీవేంకటాద్రి యింద్రనీలము, పాలజలనిధిలోన బాయని దివ్యరత్నము, బాలునివలె దిరిగీ బద్మనాభుడు

   Kalinguni talalapai gappina pushyaragamu, yeleti Sri Venkatadri yindraneelamu, palajalanidhilona bayani divyaratnamu, balunivale dirigee Padmanabhudu

   He is the topaz that covered the heads of the serpent Kaliya; the sapphire of Sri Venkatadri, who rules over us; the divine jewel that never leaves the ocean of milk; Padmanabha, wandering about like a little boy.

   वह कालिय नाग के सिरों पर छाया पुखराज है; हम पर राज करने वाले श्री वेंकटाद्रि का इंद्रनील; क्षीरसागर को कभी न छोड़ने वाला दिव्य रत्न; बालक की तरह घूमता पद्मनाभ।
