1. ವೆಂಕಟಾಚಲನಿಲಯಂ ವೈಕುಂಠಪುರವಾಸಂ, ಪಂಕಜನೇತ್ರಂ ಪರಮಪವಿತ್ರಂ, ಶಂಖಚಕ್ರಧರ ಚಿನ್ಮಯರೂಪಂ.

   Venkatachalanilayam Vaikunthapuravasam, pankajanetram paramapavitram, shankhachakradhara chinmayarupam.

   He dwells on the Venkata hill and lives in Vaikuntha; lotus-eyed, supremely pure, bearing conch and discus, his form is pure consciousness.

   वेंकटाचल पर निवास करने वाले, वैकुंठपुरवासी; कमलनयन, परम पवित्र, शंख-चक्रधारी, चिन्मय रूप वाले।

2. ಅಂಬುಜೋದ್ಭವವಿನುತಂ ಅಗಣಿತಗುಣನಾಮಂ, ತುಂಬುರುನಾರದಗಾನವಿಲೋಲಂ, ಅಂಬುಧಿಶಯನಂ ಆತ್ಮಾಭಿರಾಮಂ.

   Ambujodbhavavinutam aganitagunanamam, Tumburu Naradaganavilolam, ambudhishayanam atmabhiramam.

   Praised by lotus-born Brahma, of countless virtues and names, delighting in the songs of Tumburu and Narada, resting on the ocean, the joy of the soul.

   कमल से जन्मे ब्रह्मा द्वारा वंदित, अनगिनत गुणों और नामों वाले, तुंबुरु और नारद के गान से प्रसन्न होने वाले, समुद्र में शयन करने वाले, आत्मा को आनंद देने वाले।

3. ಪಾಹಿ ಪಾಂಡವಪಕ್ಷಂ ಕೌರವಮದಹರಣಂ, ಬಾಹುಪರಾಕ್ರಮಪೂರ್ಣಂ, ಅಹಲ್ಯಾಶಾಪಭಯನಿವಾರಣಂ.

   Pahi Pandavapaksham Kauravamadaharanam, bahuparakramapurnam, Ahalyashapabhayanivaranam.

   Protect us, you who took the Pandavas’ side and crushed the pride of the Kauravas, full of mighty strength, who freed Ahalya from the fear of her curse.

   रक्षा करो, हे पांडवों का पक्ष लेने वाले, कौरवों का घमंड चूर करने वाले, भुजाओं के पराक्रम से भरपूर, अहल्या को शाप के भय से मुक्त करने वाले।

4. ಸಕಲವೇದವಿಚಾರಂ ಸರ್ವಜೀವನಿಕರಂ, ಮಕರಕುಂಡಲಧರ ಮದನಗೋಪಾಲಂ, ಭಕ್ತಪೋಷಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಪುರಂದರವಿಠಲಂ.

   Sakalavedavicharam sarvajeevanikaram, makarakundaladhara Madanagopalam, bhaktaposhaka Shri Purandaravitthalam.

   The subject of all the Vedas, dwelling in all living beings, wearing fish-shaped earrings, charming Madana Gopala, nourisher of devotees, Sri Purandara Vitthala.

   सारे वेदों के विचार का विषय, सब जीवों में बसने वाले, मकर-कुंडल धारी, मनमोहक मदनगोपाल, भक्तों के पोषक, श्री पुरंदर विट्ठल।
