1. ഓം വാഗ്ദേവ്യൈ ച വിദ്മഹേ ബ്രഹ്മപത്ന്യൈ ച ധീമഹി।
   തന്നോ വാണീ പ്രചോദയാത്॥

   Om vagdevyai cha vidmahe brahmapatnyai cha dhimahi, tanno vani prachodayat.

   Om. We know the goddess of speech and meditate on the consort of Brahma; may Vani, the goddess of the word, inspire us.
