1. শুভং করোতি কল্যাণমারোগ্যং ধনসম্পদা।
   শত্রুবুদ্ধিবিনাশায দীপজ্যোতির্নমোঽস্তু তে॥

   Shubham karoti kalyanamarogyam dhanasampada, shatrubuddhivinashaya dipajyotirnamostu te.

   Light of the lamp, you bring good fortune, well-being, health and wealth, and destroy hostile thoughts: salutations to you.

2. দীপজ্যোতিঃ পরব্রহ্ম দীপজ্যোতির্জনার্দনঃ।
   দীপো হরতু মে পাপং দীপজ্যোতির্নমোঽস্তু তে॥

   Dipajyotih parabrahma dipajyotirjanardanah, dipo haratu me papam dipajyotirnamostu te.

   The lamp’s light is the supreme Brahman; the lamp’s light is Vishnu, Janardana. May the lamp take away my sins. Light of the lamp, salutations to you.
